Assisthomeslink, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents is a matching service and does not make claims or guarantees including but not limited to service claim, success claim or income earning potential claim.
By agreeing to our terms of service a prospect agrees to receive snail mail,SMS Messages email, phone and automated prerecorded voice message solicitations fromAssisthomeslink, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents, its various business divisions, affiliates, partners, vendors, list managers and clients who purchase our lists. We may sell the Email information that you supply to us and we may work with other third party businesses to bring selected retail opportunities to our members via direct mail, email and telemarketing (including but not limited to pre recorded phone messages) .These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and email and SMS marketing.

The relationship between Assisthomeslink, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents and the Prospect will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of Manitoba. Prospect hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Manitoba and the federal courts situated in the province of Manitoba in connection with any action arising between the parties.
When you provide “prior express written consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), you consent to receive telephone calls, including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages and/or calls delivered via automated technology, and text and SMS messages to the telephone number(s) that you provided from us and the marketing partners listed in and hyperlinked to the consent. Assisthomeslink, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.
By agreeing and digitally signing this Agreement, the Prospect warrants that Prospect is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Prospect cannot enter into a binding contract.
If a prospect chooses not to digitally sign this agreement a prospect may email this agreement to admin@Assisthomeslink.org or physically sign and fax this agreement to 800-683-3798 or snail mail this agreement to Assisthomeslink or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents, 5729 NW 132nd, Oklahoma City, OK 73142
